Is there a well established protocol to RNAse treat live cells (permeabalize and RNAse treat to get rid of the RNA, but not the protein)?
Thanks in advance!

You may try protein transfection reagent. A number of companies sell this reagent. Just follow the protocol that comes with the reagent.
