Hi, whenever I screen my hybridomas from my 96 well plate, I always use a whole box a pipette tips with a multichannel pipetter. So I use a new set of tips for every column on the plate so I don't contaminate the wells. I just want to know is there any way for me to not have to use so many pipette tips due to cost. Thanks.

I suggest you use refill pipette tips if you're not already. They come as a box of just the plastic wafers with the times stacked in them and you can change them out if you keep the little plastic boxes of 96 tips. That will save you some money. I think it's more cost-effective than buying the bagged tips and refilling the containers yourself or paying another tech to do it.
