cell migration assay using transwell

I am currently a Graduate student at University of Texas at Arlington. I was performing some cell migration assay, but having trouble with expressing the data. I have 72 cells in 20x field of view in area of 592971 micron square. Cells were counted using Image J software. Are the cells expressed in % of cell migrated or cells/fv and how to do it?
