Help with statistics

Postby newbie17425 » Apr 13 2017 2:55 am

I'm having trouble with figuring out how to do the statistics of my qPCR results.
I have 2 different animal groups - A and B and both have two different time points 5 and 15 days and each group has its own control time point. I want to compare between groups A & B. Currently, I'm using t-test to do so i.e. I do a t-test to compare 5 days with its control and do the same for the other time point.

Kindly suggest the best statistical method to compare this?

Thank you.
