Iam new to qPCR world.We have a miniopticon qPCR machine(BIORAD)
could any body post me a standard curve/graph produced by this machine and melting curve produced by this system.
because I used cDNA and amplified actin referance gene and targets gene.I had so many peakes in melting curve graph.
ALSO IS IT MUST TO HAVE SLOPE MORE -3.33? Y IT COMES AS -1.44?

PLEASE HELP IN ANSWERING

I do not use a miniopticon qPCR machine. But, many peaks in melting graph mean nonspecific amplicons. You need to redesign your primers.
