I have a question about miRNA.
A hairpin-pre-miRNA can generate its own specific miRNA populations (homogenous) so that the miRNA can have the same function (gene regulation).
Or
it can generate multiple but hetero populations of miRNA with similar sequences so that each mature miRNA has different regulation function.
I have never worked on this.
