PCR Band Measurement

Postby mossa65 » Feb 07 2010 2:51 am

I have a gel image of PCR products as TIFF, and want to measure the density of each DNA band. looking for a simple software to help me on this for plain comarison of band densities among my samples. Anyone knows such a software specially an online program useful for such measurement, please let me know. Thanks

The dynamic range of gel images is too poor. I suspect you'll be wasting your time.
