Postby Encarna » Jun 07 2012 2:17 pm

Hi everybody,

I have a little problem at the moment. I'm using QuikChange® Multi Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit which allows mutagenesis at multiple sites in a single round, that's OK but, can I use this kit for introducing only one mutation???? Is it possible???
If anyone knows, I would be very greatful to know!!! :D

Thanks a lot in advance!!
