I would like to apply for PCR training course in Europe. Can anyone recommend me some good course.

Type " PCR training courses in Europe" in Google, you will get the information you want. Life Technologies and Promega offer training courses. If you are on low budget, find a lab in your local university that uses PCR technology, and tell the professor you want to "volunteer" in the lab. You will get the training free of charge. Some places even give volunteers lunch vouchers.
I personally have trained a few students who went on to medical school.
