RNA purification from a few cells

Dear forum members. I would like to purify RNA from epithelial cells in urine. The number of these cells is variable but very low: 100-1000 in total. Is there any good kit or protocol that you have already tested and would suggest using? I have checked on Internet and I found several products. All promise great results but I prefer to use something already tested by the scientific community, not just a biotech company!
