How can I visualize all transcripts of a gene?

Postby Cromatida84 » Jun 28 2015 8:06 pm

Hi,
Can someone tell me how can I visualize all transcripts of a gene in order to determine the longest one (ex. BRCA1) ? I know that there was a visualization option in NCBI, but I can't manage to find it.
Thanks!
