i am using promega RNA extraction kit which contain RNA dilution buffer (RDA) and give good results
but by using Qiagene Protocol the yield and purity affected and also downstream processes
Does anyone know why or what are the contents of this buffer ?

Reagents and buffers from different kits (especially from different companies) should not be mixed. Most of the reagents and buffers are proprietary. You can just use RNase-free water to dilute the RNA.
