Software - Drosophila

Hi guys,

I'm basically working with D.melanogaster and I want to generate crosses and see the expected genotype and phenotype of the flies with a software. Have you ever heard or used any of this kind of software?

I have been looking for (or trying to encourage someone to write) similar software for some time, perhaps as an "app". I would like to build publication-quality diagrams of multigeneration crosses without having to use PowerPoint to create all the symbols and position the superscripts, semicolons, etc. If anyone wants to run with this idea, I suspect it would sell to high school and undergraduate biology teachers/instructors.
