Hi, I'm trying to quantify Pseudomonas alginate using carbazole and sigma alginate for the standard curve. I'm having issues getting a decent standard curve and also my sample alginate is turning the carbazole reagent yellow.
Anyone know anything about this technique that may help me figure out what I'm doing wrong
