a integrate sequence analysis software?

i search many integrate sequences analysis softwares from internet for that i don't like to use some paid software or duplication version.
Then i choose serial cloner, but i don't like it vector map , it can only save as a bmp picture, i want some clear column picture.
so can you recommand some softare similar to vector NTI or DNAstar...

PS: i am not very influent in English... sorry for that ...

So you want a program as good as the programs that people pay alot of money for, without paying a lot of money,... I'm sorry, but developing a good software costs a great deal of money (I know, I work for a company that develops software). If you stick to the freeware tools, expect and accept that your analysis will take more time and your options are limited. Most paid software do offer free trial versions.

I use ApE for most of my stuff. I guess the map graphics are not that great on it, but for checking restriction sites etc I think it is quite good (definitely better than MacVector which costs money). For a publication I would always make a map using Adobe illustrator anyway
