What will be the final concentration.. if EtBr is added as 5μl of a 10mg/ml per 50 ml of agarose

how to calculate...:(

Do a simple ratio:
5ul / 50,000 ul x 10mg/ml =

(or, 1ul/ml x 10mg/ml = 10ug/ml (1/1000).
5ul makes it 50 ug/ml.
/50ml makes it 1 ug/ml.)

Yup, this is the only formula you have to remember in dealing with volume and concentration. It works with percentage, molarity, and g/L, etc.
